At Giordano Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Giordano account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, including the printed return form or invoice inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
